Steve Martin, President/CEO has 25 years experience in the Graphic Arts field. He started his career as a Catalog and Tabloid Sales Representative for R.R. Donnelley and Sons. He held positions with Reynolds & Reynolds as a Print Buyer, Marketing Consultant, and Outsourcing Manager, with Unisource Paper as a Paper Sales Representative, and with Moore Graphics Services as Director of Commercial Marketing and Director of National Pricing Estimating and Contracts. Steve's most recent Corporate position was to manage a 150MM print program as Director of Print Services for UnitedHealth Group. Steve was also responsible for developing the UnitedHealth Group IT systems required to manage enrollment orders in a digital POD environment. Steve understands what it takes to build a business, as he owned and operated FORMPRO, a Printing, Office Supply and Recycled Products company for 7 years. |
| Steve founded 4Site Systems in 2000, and provided operational systems and eCommerce consulting until 2002, when software and equipment lines were added to expand the 4Site product offering. Steve is a trained integrator for asset and content management, document management, scanning, RIP, process workflow, and operational systems solutions. The 4Site Systems product offering has now expanded to include production solutions for digital B&W, MICR, highlight color, production color, high-volume transactional, large format, label, envelope and ID card digital print solutions. These solutions include a complete range of digital finishing and mailing options to enable the development of a complete application from start to finish! | Brad Knight, Vice President of Sales has extensive experience in both direct sales and sales management. Brad started his career with Schwebber Electronics selling hard drives, mass storage devices and printers. He has held Direct Sales positions with Hitachi Koki Imaging Systems, QMS, and ItBeat.com, and Sales Management positions with Computer Dataco and RCM Data Corporations as a Branch Manager, and with Paradigm Technologies as Vice President of Sales. His career has spanned over 17 years, and Brad is an accomplished professional at selling and teaching the skills necessary to effectively market software, hardware, data management products, print production software and all types of printers. Brad has extensive experience in dealing with CEO, VP, GM and key management including MIS Directors, and Print for Pay business owners. Brad's latest position was as Midwest Regional Sales Manager for T/R Systems, Inc. In this position, Brad established relationships with many of the equipment dealers in a seven state area surrounding Minnesota. Brad is thoroughly familiar with all T/R Systems products as well as the requirements associated with being able to market their products and services in conjunction with Canon, Hitachi, Minolta, Heidelberg, Ricoh and Toshiba printers that currently interface with T/R Systems products. Average product sales per system in this position were in excess of $100,000 - $500,000. All of these products were focused in the IT/MIS and Print Center environments selling software server, and high-end laser printing solutions. Brad was also responsible for promoting sales of T/R Systems on-line print job submission software package that provided customers with a total workflow solution. Brad has been a member of the Business Technology Association since 1988. |
